By accessing and using TherapyConnect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

TherapyConnect is a platform that connects clients with independent mental health professionals. We do not provide medical services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payments are handled directly between the Client and Therapist. TherapyConnect is not responsible for refunds, though we mediate disputes where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

TherapyConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
