Hello! I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in M.A. Psychology: Lifespan Counselling from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. With over 120 hours of supervised fieldwork, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, young adults, adults, and the geriatric population across diverse settings. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to fostering resilience, self-understanding, and emotional growth.
While my primary orientation is rooted in psychodynamic thought, I follow an eclectic approach that thoughtfully integrates CBT, REBT, TA, and a trauma-informed lens—tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and creating a safe, empathetic space is central to my practice.
Beyond the therapy room, you’ll often find me tucked into a cozy café corner (or my room!) with a cup of tea and a good book—or simply enjoying time with friends and family.
